Once you have registered, you will receive an email immediately from TryBooking with the tickets as an attachment. The email will be sent to the inbox of the email address you provided when you registered for the conference. Please check your spam/ junk folder if you can’t find the tickets in your email inbox.

If you have lost your tickets, don’t worry, you can request TryBooking to send you a copy of the tickets again. Just click here and type in your email address (the one you used when you registered for the conference) and a copy of the tickets will be emailed to you. Don’t forget to check your emails after you request for a copy of your lost tickets. Please check your spam/ junk folder if you can’t find the tickets in your email inbox.

Yes, if possible please bring your tickets as it will make the checking-in process faster. However, if you forget to bring them (and it happens to the best of us!) we will be able to manually check you in. Either printed and mobile tickets will be fine.

The auditorium will open at 8.15 AM. We will also have stalls of various prayer communities and ministries, so if you arrive early please feel free to browse through them and have a chat!  

Yes, we will have a professional childcare available for children between the ages of 4-12. Please register your children through the “Children’s ticket” and indicate that you will be using this facility.  As there are limited spaces, we encourage you to register early.

If you would prefer your children to be with you during the conference, please select “No” for child-care.

If your children are below four – please bring them along! A fully equipped parents’ room is available on the premises and you can keep them with you in the auditorium as well.

Public transport will be the most viable and easiest option to get to and from the conference. Trains, trams and buses operate frequently, dropping you close to the Auditorium. For more information about getting there including timetables, fares and maps visit Public Transport Victoria

If you choose to drive, there is both paid and free street parking available near the venue. Please visit Parkopedia for a complete list of car parks in the area.

There is no allocated seating. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you arrive – the better seating you can secure!

For those running late, we can hold your seats till 9.30 AM.

Yes, there is a ramp at the entrance of the venue and we will have ushers to guide you to your seats.

A café will be located in the foyer where snacks and drinks will be available. There are also cafes and restaurants around the venue where you can purchase your lunch.

Alternatively, you can also bring your own packed lunches from home.
